OCISense
N2O NDIR gas sensor
Miniaturized infrared spectroscopy sensors dedicated to nitrous oxide gas measurement in exhaled or in ambient air.
What is OCISense?
OCISense is an advanced infrared spectrometer designed for the accurate analysis of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in exhaled and ambient air. The OCISense is designed to detect and quantify N2O molecules for gas monitoring or providing valuable insights into respiratory health.
The measurement chamber of the sensor crossed by infrared radiation. As air flows through this chamber, the molecules of interest selectively absorb specific wavelengths of the radiation, resulting in a perceptible reduction in the optical signal. Based on the principles of Beer-Lambert’s law, the sensor accurately deduces the concentrations of the gas.
